What this site is

Sweepstakes USA Expert publishes independent reviews and comparisons of sweepstakes casinos available in the United States. We do not operate any gaming service, accept stakes, hold customer funds or process redemptions. Using this site means you accept the terms on this page.

Accuracy

We test what we publish and we still cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Operators change packages, play-through requirements, floors and payout processing without notice. Where our information and a brand rules page disagree, the brand rules page is authoritative and should be read before you register.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen to use this site, and some operators require twenty-one regardless of state law. Availability varies by state and is decided by the operator, not by us. Nothing here is an offer to provide gaming services to anyone in any jurisdiction.

Commercial links

Some outbound links generate commission when a reader registers. This is disclosed sitewide and on individual pages. Commission rates are fixed before testing and have no effect on rankings, scores or the content of reviews.

Liability

Content is provided as information only. We accept no liability for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of anything published here, from third-party operator conduct, or from site downtime. Your use of any casino is governed entirely by the agreement between you and that operator.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
